What is your official title, and how would you describe your day-to-day role in simple terms?
Residential manager. I’m in charge of technicians making sure that they give prompt and courteous service to our residential homes.
What drew you to this industry or specific line of work?
I was looking for something that was different, something that could be outdoors and something that I can find educational.
What is a project or achievement you’re proudest of since joining the team?
My achievement on the job is just seeing the faces on the homeowners after I solve or help them out with an ongoing issue.
What are your primary areas of expertise or skills you love utilizing?
My skill that I utilize the best is probably my investigating, trying to find the source of the issue.
What do you look forward to most when you start your workday?
I look forward everyday to what new type of insect I’m going to see today.
What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t be in a job that makes you unhappy. You probably going make other people unhappy also.
What are we most likely to find you doing on a Saturday morning or over the weekend?
Saturday mornings more than likely something off the honey dew list.

Have no pets.
What is a fun fact or “hidden talent” that most of your coworkers might not know about you?
Fun fact is that I used to be a breakdancer.
What is your ultimate comfort food, or a local restaurant you swear by?
My comfort food is pasta.
