What is your official title, and how would you describe your day-to-day role in simple terms?
Bed bug manager, as for my role, is to ensure my techs are prepared for the day and help take care of customer needs and questions.

What drew you to this industry or specific line of work?
The ability to be out in the field and not staying inside along with every day is a new challenge.

What is a project or achievement you’re proudest of since joining the team?
My greatest achievement is being able to buy my family a house and without lanes that wouldn’t have been possible.

What are your primary areas of expertise or skills you love utilizing?
Areas of expertise is bed bugs and commercial properties, I love using my skills to help train my team and continue to grow.

What do you look forward to most when you start your workday?
Getting new challenges each day and being able to help solve issues.

What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
“Just give it your all, at the end of the day you know you’re doing your best.”

What are we most likely to find you doing on a Saturday morning or over the weekend?
Relaxing with my family and watching sports.

2 dogs, one black lab and one dachshund

What is a fun fact or “hidden talent” that most of your coworkers might not know about you?
The leadership team at Lane’s Professional Pest Elimination says he is very funny. He always makes everyone laugh at the office.

What is your ultimate comfort food, or in a local restaurant do you swear by?
My favorite comfort food is ice cream and restaurant is Longhorns never had a bad ribeye.
