Travis Huggins, Operations Coordinator
As Operations Coordinator at Lane’s Professional Pest Elimination, Travis Huggins plays a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring every customer receives the high-quality service the company is known for. He works closely with the team to coordinate day-to-day activities, provide technicians with the tools and support they need to succeed, and help deliver effective pest control solutions. Known for his calm demeanor and strong work ethic, Travis is committed to solving problems, supporting his teammates, and making a positive difference for every customer.
A lifelong outdoorsman with a passion for nature, Travis was naturally drawn to a career where he could combine his love of the outdoors with his talent for problem-solving. Since joining Lane’s, he has taken particular pride in helping customers overcome challenging bed bug and roach infestations, knowing that resolving these issues can significantly improve their comfort, health, and quality of life. His strengths include carefully inspecting properties, identifying potential pest issues before they become larger problems, understanding customers’ concerns, and de-escalating difficult situations with patience and professionalism. He’s also known for being exceptionally handy and enjoys finding practical solutions to almost any mechanical or maintenance challenge.
The best career advice Travis has ever received is simple but powerful: Always be honest, always be on time, and never be afraid of a challenge. He believes mistakes are opportunities to learn and grow, a mindset that has served him well throughout his career.
When he’s not helping customers, Travis can usually be found enjoying the outdoors. Whether he’s fishing on the river, mowing the lawn, or spending time with family and friends, he values the simple things in life. He is also deeply involved in his church, where he teaches Sunday School, operates the sound system during worship services, and even fills in on bass guitar when needed. At home, Travis is kept company by his two beloved dogs—Ruger, his 11-year-old Pit Bull who enjoys relaxing and cuddling, and Tucker, his energetic 3-year-old Labrador whose favorite pastime is playing fetch (he’d rather chase a ball than eat!).
For Travis, the perfect meal isn’t found in a restaurant. His favorite comfort food is freshly caught fish cooked on the riverbank after a morning of fishing with family and friends—a tradition that combines great food, the outdoors, and quality time with the people he cares about most.
